This Project was commissioned by the Soceity of Chartered Surveyors Ireland to look at improving  their staff facilities and space use. Of importance was the member interaction with the building. The property is a protected structure in one of Dublins historic Georgian Squares and any inprovements or alterations had to sympathize with the existing fabric of the building. This scheme was used as a template for intended works.
